She also has extensive experience helping Operations and Technology teams to develop strategies and methodologies to help organizations achieve their highest priorities. Nina also plays an integral role in her real-estate company, focusing on strategy, planning, organizational effectiveness, finance, lending relationships, and renovation planning.
Adam Slipher has a colorful career in advertising and marketing. Since 2002, he has been lending his talents to advertising, marketing and branding. He has been responsible for pitching new strategic ideas and executions as well as being tasked with maintaining brand consistency. Adam’s ability to blend on-target creativity while navigating business objectives, consistently delivers results that keeps clients coming back. Various international brands such as Harley-Davidson, CNH Industrial, Maserati Financial, Joy Global, InSinkErator, Yamaha and Chrysler Capital have all trusted his talents to create brand campaigns, clever executions and strategies that have resulted in increased sales and industry attention. In the past three years, Adam quickly took to real-estate investing with his past, hands-on experience in building homes and remodeling. He now orchestrates multiple rental property wholesale deals to a list of over 140 out-of-state and local investors as well as running residential rehabs.
Kelly's professional career as an interior designer has grown to include process improvement and operations management. She's always on the hunt to make things more efficient and cost-effective, and of course, making sure our homes are looking modern and fresh! When Kelly is not working on one of our renovations, she enjoys time with her two kiddos, cooking and crocheting.
Mitchell Ferraro formerly worked as a loyal employee with Quad/Graphics, mastering project coordination, project management, and business development for both Custom Products and Commercial divisions. He was selected for a premier program within Quad/Graphics that grooms future leaders and allows them the ability to rotate through multiple departments over three years, allowing him to understand how a large company functions in all facets (e.g., Estimating, Distributing, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Manufacturing, etc.). Mitch is a natural “connector,” and has an amazing ability to work well with all personalities in any type of setting. Mitch left Quad/Graphics in May 2015 to focus solely on the Ferraro family’s real-estate businesses. He is a licensed real-estate agent with an investor-friendly brokerage, Premier Point Realty. This is an asset to our company, as we can buy and sell in our own transactions helping to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
