How we work
Our investment strategy is simple. We purchase distressed properties 30% to 50% below market value. We then either renovate and sell those properties to retail homebuyers or hold them as revenue generating assets. We pride ourselves in having a strong foundation of real-estate education and training paired with corporate backgrounds in manufacturing, technology, design, process-improvement, and more. This allows us to focus on solutions for our clients, finding value for our investors, and locating unappealing homes that we turn into gems.
Providing a win-win makes each transaction all the more beneficial. With cash funding, we offer distressed sellers a way out of their financial obligations by purchasing their homes in their timeline. In as little as seven days we can close on a home and give cash without listing or additional fees. We are not the perfect fit for everyone; but for the seller with the right motivation, these features are a necessity.
We assess each and every lead systematically using disciplined criteria. Each property is analyzed against comparable sales, economic factors, demographics, schools, crime, future growth potential, and condition. This allows us to determine room for costs such as: buying, renovation, holding, selling, and financing. In turn, the numbers inform us if the opportunity is a deal. What we consider a deal is based entirely on calculations and logic.
